Order Process
1, Check the catalog on the left of the home page and browse our models. If there is a model you want, you can send me a screenshot or SKU, and model number to (There are too many pictures of the watches for me to upload them all, so if you don’t find a model you like, please contact us on Whatsapp or email and I will check if the model is available.) :

2, For the same model, I will recommend a different grade of watch according to your budget or requirements, and choose the right shipping channel and complete the final offer.
3, Choose your preferred method of payment, PayPal, wise, or bank transfer, crypto
4, Once your payment is done, you will get an notification from us that your order has been verified.
5, Based on our order volume, we may normally need 1-7 business days to do quality control and handling before we deliver your order. As a result, you will get your actual order QC pictures and videos.
6, Check it and grant us approval, or you can request other specific things if you need.
7, We will start your delivery upon your approval.
8, Delivery time depends on logistic company and shipping method you have choose. Direct shipment from China usually takes roughly 10-20 business days.
9, Your order is fully trackable, we will give you tracking number. Please remember, sometimes it will need 1 or 2 days for tracking number to be in the tracking system. Please note that triangular shipment may need a couple of days for traceable on the system.
10, Track your order and wait your order arrived.

You can do the transfer directly on Western Union official website with your debit card or credit card in some countries, or you need to go to the local Western Union agent personally and do the transfer. Please note that we can only receive USD and EUR by Western Union, so please remember to put USD or EUR only as our payout currency and the amount should match your order bill.
We take full payment before sending you QC.

QC Process
3-7 days after payment, I will provide qc videos and pics, in the event that the goods are not in stock or the manufacturer is seized, this may be extended to 2 weeks or a month.
Warranty
1, We guarantee that the watch will be in perfect condition before we send it out.
2, If the watch is detained by customs or lost, we will resend a new watch or refund.
3, Our customers have 1 month from the point of shipment arrival to tell us if there are any defects with your watches. We will give to the makers to repair your watch free of charge so you need to ship it back to us. Shipping cost to us will be on you the customers. Then when repair is done, shipping back to customers will be on us. Repair timeframe can take up to a month.
If it’s outside the 1 month period, customers can still ship their watch back to us for repair but there may be repair cost. Also, both way shipping costs will be on customers.
Parts aren’t exchangeable and refundable (unless there’s a mistake on our part).
Shipping Methods
1, Free express shipping, available shipping methods are yanwen express , sf express, e packet, fedex, ups. We will try to use fast and stable couriers such as yanwen, sf, etc. and avoid using EUB or E pcaket, which will cost nothing extra. If you choose UPS or Fedex, there will be additional costs incurred.
2, Most countries will arrive in 10-20 days, individual countries in 20-30 days.
3, Please advise the full address, name, telephone number and zip code of the country.
Warning!!! : Please double confirm your shipping address and make sure it’s correct(Street, City, State, Postal Code and Country), if package can’t deliver because of wrong one of these we don’t provide any warranty for your order and you will lose money. Hope for your understanding.
Please note that sometimes the tracking record will show that the parcel has been returned to shipper or confiscated by customs, please do not worry and contact the seller who will take care of everything.

1, Most tracking info takes 2-3 days to update, If you still can’t get tracking info update after 5 days, please contact me,I’ll check it with the express company.

1, Usually only watch will be shipped, Different prices for different grades of boxes, pls confirm with us.
Water Resistance
1, Most watches are water-resistant to 3 ATM or 5 ATM, which means that you should not use them while swimming or in the sauna.

We cannot be held responsible for water damage as there is no way of knowing whether you submerged your watch deeper than what was recommended by us in the product description.
